The Warrant (registry NCC-1701/4) was a Federation Takayama-type shuttlecraft that was in service to Starfleet in the mid-23rd century, attached to the USS Enterprise.
After determining the need to open one of Admiral Marcus' torpedoes, Captain Kirk and Doctor Marcus discussed the matter while boarding the Warrant. Later, Marcus and Dr. McCoy took the Warrant and one of the torpedos to a nearby planetoid, where they discovered the weapon's "payload" was actually a living humanoid who was later identified as a Human Augment.
